All sessions are 50 minutes via Telehealth and are paid at the end of the session. If you are attending sessions under Medicare I can also process your rebate at this time. There is no fee or deposit for online bookings.

Each calendar year Australian Medicare Cards holders are entitled to 10 Medicare supported sessions subsidised at a rate of $141.85 per session.
Your out of pocket cost for an initial appoint is $158.15 and on-going sessions $118.15.
Medicare Steps:
1. Visit your GP to discuss a referral letter and Mental Health Care Plan
2. Attend six sessions with me
3. After six sessions together I will write to your GP to request an additional four Medicare sessions
4. Visit your GP for follow-up referral
5. Complete four Medicare sessions
6. Continue therapy on a private basis as needed
If you prefer to attend sessions privately or have exhausted your Medicare rebates no referral is necessary and the full fee will apply. If you have private insurance many plans now include mental health care, you must check with your provider.
