Therapy Online

Your story, situation and ambition for therapy is unique. Together in our early sessions we will focus on understanding what has brought you to therapy and what you want to change. We will also use this time to make sure you feel I am the right person to go on this journey with you. We will collaborate on the plan for treatment and if it is relevant we will talk about diagnoses.  I work with a range of evidence-based therapies which are tailored to you and your specific needs and goals. 


Our sessions together will be 50 minutes each via Telehealth and we can discuss times that work best for you at your first appointment.

 DBT combines acceptance and change strategies to help you manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and develop effective coping skills. It emphasizes mindfulness, emotional regulation, and finding balance in your life.

 FAP focuses on creating meaningful change through our therapeutic relationship. By understanding how you relate to others and practicing new ways of connecting, you can develop more authentic and fulfilling relationships in your life.
